Aslı Arslan Yıldırak obtained her law degree from the University of Ankara, Faculty of Law and thereafter she established her own law firm as the sole partner of Arslan Law Office since the year 2005 specializing in Damages for pecuniary loss case and mental anguish case arising from aviation law, commercial and financial lease law. Immediately after graduating from Law School, during her internship in Ankara she worked on criminal law and enforcement and bankruptcy law. She attended and graduated certificate programme at Harvard University specific to American Constitutional Law and Politics. Following this course, she attended Legal English Course at The New England School of English in Boston. After this, Aslı Arslan Yıldırak finished Construction Agreements and Arbitration Law Certificate from the Ankara University Research Institute of Banking and Commercial Law. She was admitted to the Ankara Bar Association in 2005 and she is a member of the Russian European Chamber of Commerce. She is an expert witness in a Aviation Law. She has attended Mediation Course in 2013 and succeed Mediation exam which was held by the Turkey Ministry of Justice. She continues her profession as a Mediator-Attorney at Law since 2013. |
